Red Brick Summer is a traditional, German-style hefe weizen. Unfiltered to highlight the complexities of the yeast and imported German wheat, Red Brick Summer has a slight fruit and spice flavor, which is complimented perfectly by a garnish of orange or lemon.

Bob Townsend made Red Brick Summer his “Beer Pick” in the April 20, 2006 issue of the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, calling it “a refreshing sipping beer, perfect for lazy afternoons on the porch or patio.” Red Brick Summer had its festival and competition debut at the Carolina Championship of Beer, where it was awarded a Silver Medal in the German-style Weissbier category.
